I was very pleasantly suprised at the look and feel of this peice. It is a deep walnut brown that goes very well with my other espresso furniture, although not quite as dark. Highly recommond.

I will use this as a lamp stand or book holder.The lower shelf will be used to put a decorative item on. The color wood is lovely. There are no nicks or scratches on the wood. The table is light enough to carry easily for changing room layouts.The table is stable on its 4 feet, and does not jiggle.
