Great for older kids who have outgrown regular bunk beds and don't think they're cool anymore. Because the twin beds are extra long, teenagers can still fit in them. There's a lot more floor space now and the room doesn't look so cluttered even with the gaming system, sofa, and computer desk. The bed is very sturdy and should hold up well. It's also quite heavy, so if possible you should assemble it exactly where you want it to stay. You'll need 3 or 4 people to move it. And it ought to come with a ladder. It's not an inexpensive bed and that would be a nice extra to include, not to have to purchase it separately. Overall very satisfied with quality and appearance.
