I use it to store a portable BBQ on my apartment terrace. It's just as advertised. The door operates smoothly, and the unit itself is sturdy and has a neat appearance. I just bought it 2 months ago, so I cannot attest to it's longevity, but the hard plastic seems durable. Hey, for [$]you can't go wrong!
