It didn't disappoint me, and it was extremely easy to assemble (it was done in half an hour). The stand is great my boyfriend assembled it alone and only needed help to align the part in the back, the only negative is there wasn't enough stoppers sent for the doors there should've been 4 we only received 2. It holds my cable box, entertainment system, and a 46" tv with no problem. It's great.

I have a 52" tv, cable box, dvd player, and hundreds of dvd's. it supports the weight of all items plus some items that are decorative. I really do like it and friends and family visiting all have good comment.

We searched and searched for an affordable yet stylish solution for the "Christmas Plasma TV". Ours is 50" and although the edge of the TV sightly overhangs (1" or so) on the top piece it looks great and we have had many compliments from neighbors and friends. It would fit a 46" perfect. It was hard to find a Maple and Steel stand that was affordable. This was it.[...]and easy assembly. About 30 minutes. Good directions.Thanks!Happy customers.

I got this for my dad's 50" plasma tv. I had bought a different one for myself that holds about 250 dvds for the same price. He liked this one better and doesn't require the dvd storage. The extra platform on top to set the tv on is a nice touch. DVD player in gap under tv. Surround sound and htpc under that in console with plenty of area to set his model cars on with storage in the sides. Guest comments are favorable, but to be honest, who comes to your house and tells you the stuff in it you like are displeasing to them.

I liked the ease of assembly, the design, and appearance but there were a number of scratches, dents and other blemishes on the product when I opened the box. It was easy to assemble but the marks make the finished product look bad. It is easy to be bad!
