It took me about three hours to assemble the first of two units which included reading the directions thoroughly before starting and identifying all parts. The second unit took about two hours to assemble. The assembly instructions were reasonably easy to follow. All of the parts for the first unit were in good condition. Two parts in the second unit were damaged and had to be replaced. [...]

Delivery was as estimated. The replacement parts previously mentioned took a little longer than I expected, but still reasonably prompt. There was no hastle or charges with respect to shipping the replacement parts.

I use it in the bathroom for storage of linens and other items; it's spacious and just the right size.
The instructions and pictures for assembling were very detailed and helped me to assemble it myself (a senior citizen with NO experience or ability for assembling furniture).
I'm very pleased with the dresser and would buy from this company again.

Delivery was prompt and all the parts received in good condition. I called customer service prior to placing the order to ask further questions about what would be required to assemble the product; the customer service specialist was very helpful and encouraged me to call them if I had any problem with assembling it.

I put this dresser together in about 4 hours. I read the intructions too fast and missed a step. Nothing is unfixable and my dresser is fine. Good value for what it costs and it can fit plenty.

I purchased this dresser to provide more storage for my baby's clothing. It does just that and provided plenty of space in the drawers. However, it's true-you get what you pay for. I was on a budget at the time so the dresser serves the purpose. Don't expect a high quality dresser. It's a little difficult to assemble. Next time I will spend more money to get a dresser that is already assembled and made out of solid wood.
