Perhaps I am the only one shocked by the poor quality of the furniture! Flimsy (especially the backing and the bottom sections), alot of assembly effort and little scratches in the wood work requiring extensive use of the provided black marker leaves ALOT to be desired with this product. I have learnt my lesson. Once I get over my disappointment, I will be moving this unit to the garage for storage and buying an alternative (and superior) product elsewehere.
Service and delivery comments:
The product arrived with 4 pieces damaged. It took 3 phone calls and 4 weeks for the replacement parts to ship. When they arrived, one part was once again damaged in the top corner but by this time I had enough.

This is a very nice dresser for the money. I purchased the dresser to store my newborn baby's clothes, which it is well suited for. The dresser comes in about 400 pieces and takes a long time to put together, you have to put everything down to the smallest detail together. The bottom of the draws are pressed cardboard and the draw slides are plastic which I have never seen before, they are usually metal. I would not recommend putting anything heavy on top of the dresser either. Aside from the few problems mentioned the dresser is very good for light weight use and decoration.

I have the matching dresser for this which I bought about a year ago and I loved it. I needed more cabinet space and so I decided to look for this drawer chest. I received it on time with no damages and am very happy with the end product. It does take some time to build but if I can put it together, I'm sure any one else can (I'm a petite girl and I did it myself!)

This chest was purchased for my 8 year old son's room. Therefore I didn't want something to pricey but sturdy. I was very pleased with the look and sturdiness of this product and especially the price. It took about 4 hours to assemble it myself but the end result was well worth the effort.
