I purchased the Copley headboard and assembled the largest piece (backboard) upside down. The result was a more traditional design. Very happy with product. Excellent value.

The headboard is the perfect addition to the South Shore bedroom set. It makes the room look beautiful and stylish. However, the wood did break a little during assembly, which made connecting a certain part difficult. The wood is relatively cheap, but the finish is very nice. I would recommend this!

I use the headboard for a spare bedroom and it has turned out fine for that purpose. I read the reviews from previous customers and was prepared with longer and heavier bolts for attaching the headboard to the bed frame, and installed two bolts on each side to assure a sturdier joining to the frame. I found that any vigorous activities in the bed caused the headboard to knock against the wall, that being a tremondous distraction, I installed foam rubber on the back edges of the frame to muffle the noise. The color of the veneer was a close match to the birch furniture already in the room. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase!
