There is so much storage. The construction is great and very sturdy but you have to put it together perfectly-make sure the dowels are completely in!! The finishing strips come off very easily but can be glued back on. In All I am completely happy with the product.

After reading the other customer reviews, I bought this headboard and the matching platform bed with storage drawers. Both pieces were extremely easy to assemble. The concise instructions were step by step and well illustrated. The white color of this brand matches most other assembly-required white furniture pieces you might buy elsewhere so the pieces in our room all look like a set. The materials are cheezy but what low cost furniture isn't these days. You can expect to pay well over $1,000 for a traditionally built bookcase headboard with platform bed. I was a little disappointed to find the headboard and platform bed don't fit together without modifications. I built a box frame of 2x4's to mount the headboard to the bed. I drilled holes and used nice sturdy bolts and large washers so I wouldn't have to worry about the particle board tearing apart as it would if I just used wood screws. One of the other customers reviews said the bedframe would become "un-square" with movement which causes the drawer slides to come out of alignment. Thanks to that review I knew to install reinforcing angle brackets in all the corners to keep the bedframe square. I also installed angle brackets inside the headboard and under the main shelf to prevent any future sagging of the particle board. My modifications added 1-2 hours to the total assembly time. You'll need a drill, bolts, nuts, large washers, three 2x4's and an assortment of angle brackets. These two products are adequate but with some inexpesnive hardware and a few modifications you could have a nice,sturdy,inexpensive and very functional piece of furniture that makes efficient use of small rooms. We love ours!

We use this in our guest room with the matching dboard. Ou rguests have found this bed to be comfortable. The extra storage is useful and the bed was easy to put together.

If you have night stands, the two out of six drawers cannot be opened. Edges on this bed are sharp and have twice caused cuts to my knees. Once assembeled, do not try to move the bed as the drawers will become mis-aligned. Not recommended.

The foot and head board sections would work better if they were the same height as the sides. Makes it a little difficult to get to the mattress for changing linens.

This was easy to assemble and looks nice too. Its perfect for my new house and something I will be able to take with me and keep for years to come. Its so nice to have space for drawers without needing to get a dresser.

Nice and Sturdy affordable Queensize platform bed, with added storage space. One downfall to the product is, the limited colors, which is just white painted wood. It would also make better if, the footboard and headboard was low like the side rails.
