I like this dresser, only complaint is that there is a gap between two of the drawers when you close them which we can't seem to fix.

Some building skills required and ability to follow direction. But the real problem is in the design. There is no upper support brackets, thus causing the top three drawers to shift and dislodge from the rollers.

I bought this dresser because I had also purchased the bed and wanted the set to match. While pleased with the bed, I found the dresser to not be sturdy and look cheap. I would have done better finding a match at a discount furniture store.
Service and delivery comments:
On the up side, delivery was prompt. The dresser came with a dent on the top. It was a simple process to order a new piece online. The new part was received quickly and the customer service was great.

I was pleasantly surprised. It took alittle time to assemble, but I was pleased with the end result. Had to move the drawers around to find the best fit, but they close properly and it looks great for the price. Using it in a guest bedroom so the drawers won't get alot of use. If it were in a room with heavy use, I would look for something a bit more sturdy.
