Constructed from a combination of high quality, laminated composite woods, with attractive profiled MDF tops and moldings.

Wife and I are using this in the Master Bedroom right now. We are very pleased with the headboard, Easy to assemble, Steardy even if you do not attach to the fram. Nice deep spaces for you to put books, Picutre above you head. Gave us some extra room as we did not need a night stand with this headboard.

I got this headboard for my guest room thinking it wouldn't get much use. I've been putting together this sort of furniture for 30 years and this was the flimsiest, most poorly constructed piece I have ever had the misfotune of working with. A corner was broken off when it arrived, since it wasn't on a surface that would be seen, I glued it back together and proceeded to assemble it. When it came time insert the parts to attach the top, they went in too deeply and cracked the top. I wasn't even turning the screw driver that hard, for pete's sake. It was like trying to put a screw into cardboard.

we use this in our small master bedroom that we just repainted and redecorated. it works great. i like having a place to display pictures and keepsakes. my husband likes having a place to keep his glasses, wallet, etc and practical things like a reading lamp and the alarm clock (we have those on the top, if you wanted them on an inside shelf, you'd have to drill/cut a hole for the electrical cords--it'd be nice if there was a hole precut). it was easy to put together, took my husband about an hour. some of the directions weren't very clear and we did have to take a little apart and turn it around, but it wasn't anything major and it didn't make any holes or marks. we drilled holes to attach it to our bedframe, but haven't gotten the correct screws to attach it yet. even without being attached, it's very sturdy and looks great!

We liked the price, and to go with our Captain's platform bed, this is perfect! It's heavy, but easy to assemble. We use it in the master bedroom, and love the space it offers (kleenex, flashlights, and tons of magazines decorate ours.) It has a simple, classic look, and we couldn't be happier with the combination of products. The color is very nice, too. (Cherry)
