I use this bed in my bedroom. We got a queen size, which just fits comfortably in our very small room. The drawers are a huge space-saver, but don't forget to account for the extra foot and a half or so to open the drawers! The color is very nice, and the few scratches it's developed are hard to see unless looking for them. We also got the headboard, and it's SO useful. It's annoying that things fall between the headboard and bed sometimes, but I've only lost a few pens and chapstick. Our bedroom is carpeted, and so it made getting the bed into position a bit difficult, but once we found a good "shape" for it, it hasn't moved at all! This DEFINITELY requires at least two people to assemble, however it wasn't tricky, just large and requires some finesse to get both ends to line up where you need them. It would be great if they could include an extra screw or two of each type, but overall, I would definitely buy from them again.

I would not recommend this furniture for a kid's room. I don't think it would hold up long. The drawers don't line up perfectly and there are sharp edges. It came out of the box with scratches and dings but they covered up easy enough. It works ok for a less used guest room. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

My wife and I bought this bed because our old bed frame was damaged. This was a good set for the price, but we will eventually move it to our guest room because it is not the highest quality. \n There were no issues with the delivery.\n The design is for the bed not to require a box spring, but our mattress was a lot harder without it, so we put the box spring under the mattress, making the bed a lot higher than it should be. We have a very soft mattress that is still relatively new, so this is probably a common issue. That is why I selected uncomfortable as a con.\n Plans were easy to follow. Assembly took approximately 6-8 hours. \n The headboard does not come with the pieces to attach to bed frame. I secured the headboard to the wall and simply have the bed up against it. The recommended way for attaching the headboard would result in sacrificing the use of the first two drawers. \n Overall, we are very happy with the product.

Expect slight cracking in drawers due to extremely flimsy wood and possibly being shorted on hardware. Needed to work with the company to resolve these, which they did quickly.

Left a slew of boxes in the middle of the hallway in my apartment complex irritating neighbors (boxes were very large). No signing expectation so they can pretty much leave them whereever.

Service and delivery comments:
There were problems with the delivery. One of the 7 boxes was not delivered so we were unable to put the bed together. Also there were 3 sets of missing or damaged parts, so we had to wait for the parts to arrive. I will say that the customer service representatives were extremely helpful. It is probably fault of the vendor that provided the furniture.
