This console looks great and holds our 42" plasma tv perfectly. It hides away all our DVD's & Xbox games as well as all the controllers & remotes with ease & style...which was my main objective. The center shelves have plenty of room for our DVD player, Xbox, receiver & Tivo. Another plus for me are the adjustable legs. My living room has both carpet and slate flooring...and the tv stand happens to sit over a section where the two meet. Adjustable legs are perfect for this area.This is a very heavy piece of furniture, so it's a good idea to have someone help carry it in the house. My husband had no problems putting it together, took him about an hour & a half. [...] I am extremely happy with this piece of furniture and would recommend it to others.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery took a bit longer than expected...almost 2 weeks. I had a lot of trouble trying to track it...the link seemed to work only once in awhile or didn't update.
Because the tracking didn't seem to work very well, I wasn't sure exactly what day it would arrive. No one was home when it DID arrive, so the delivery staff just left it in a pile of snow next to our porch. The sheer weight of the package would probably hinder any thieves, but I was very worried of possibly water damage due to sitting in the snow all day.
Luckily, because it was double-boxed, there was no water damage and the item was in perfect condition.

Stores tons of DVDs, CDs, video games, or VHSs. Looks sharp and attractive. Finish is not particularly durable, but fixes easily with a Sharpie marker. While the fiber board construction isn't know for longevity, it makes for a very precise fitment and assembly. Overall, well worth the money... cleans up all the videos and components nicely.

Great design that stores more DVDs, CDs or whatever else you have than any other unit its size. It has a very sleek, modern look. The assembly is very easy due to the precision of the fiberboard pieces, they fit together perfectly. Of course, the fiberboard is one of the drawbacks in terms of long term quality and the durability of the finish. This unit can be scratched or dinged fairly easily. The Good news is, you can cover up most scratches with a Sharpie marker almost perfectly. All the shelves are height adjustable, providing many storage options.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great cabinet design. As recommended by another viewer, I purchased the 42" cabinet for my 50" plasma since I prefer the flushed look.
Instructions were decent for cabinet assembly. All of the pieces required were included. All you need is two screwdrivers (a big and a small philips) and a hammer.
There appears to be one flaw with my cabinet. They did not drill all of the holes necessary in the cd/dvd holder cabinets on two panels. :( It caused some confusion at first. The cabinet is still put together; however, two cam screws on each panel were not installed so it's not as sturdy as it should be. While it's not a supporting piece and I'll probably end up using carpenter's glue to hold the pieces in place, it's worth mentioning from a quality perspective.
I enjoy the look and have received compliments from friends so far.

I love it, very easy to asemble, it took about an hour. Like all reviewers mentioned before, it did come with chips in it, but a black Sharpie takes care of them, and you can't tell a difference. Overall, a great value. I even have a 50" Plasma sitting on it currently, and it hangs off about a 1/4 inch on each side.

Looks really great in my teenage daughters bedroom. Now she has a place to store all those DVDS! Looks very nice and matches all her existing furniture to a "T"!

This product was fairly easy to assemble. Took less than an hour. It holds plenty of media and is a really nice addition to my furniture.

Great television stand. Holds a lot of videos and DVD's. Several scratches & knicks, but they were easily concealed with a sharpie marker.
