Their beds are constructed of 100% kiln dried hardwood. This ensures strength and longevity. The tropical hardwoods used in the beds are indigenous to Indonesia. Tropical mahogany has a tight grain and is similar to American Cherry, varying in reds and browns in its natural state and is used in the majority of their products. for a king size bed to only have 2 supporting feet on its slatted frame was preposterous. there was not foot at the head or bottom of the bed and as such the slats gave way and broke after only 2 weeks of use by 2 normal size adults...
Service and delivery comments:
the worst service and delivery imaginable....
the bed took forever to arrive after it was somehow lost, then the 2 accompanying nightstands were sent out via somewhere else and took even longer to arrive. when they eventually turned up, bed was damaged as was one of the nightstands. overall, it took 2 months from time of order to having the product complete at our house. this meant that our elderly guests over memorial day weekend had to sleep on an inflatable mattress.
absolutely terrible. we would never order from any CSI company again.
