Their beds are constructed of 100% kiln dried hardwood. This ensures strength and longevity. The tropical hardwoods used in the beds are indigenous to Indonesia. Tropical mahogany has a tight grain and is similar to American Cherry, varying in reds and browns in its natural state and is used in the majority of their products. White Glove Bronze (Additional $99):
White Glove Bronze service provides two-man delivery, to inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage this means the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage the product will be left in your front entrance, or mudroom. If you live in an apartment building or condo the product will be carried up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. The product will be left in the original packaging.
White Glove Gold (Additional $149):
White Glove Gold delivery service provides a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your residence in the room of your choice. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.

White Glove Platinum delivery service provides a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your residence in the room of your choice. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
These types of delivery are different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that the product will arrive by a freight carrier (companies like Roadway, Yellow, ABF, Watkins, etc.). The most important thing to remember when accepting delivery is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

I love everything about this bed except for the lack of support. After a few weeks, all the slats literally broke while my partner and I were sleeping. We caved into the floor in the middle of the night! It was frightening, but we had a good laugh once we figured out what happened. \n\nWe've since replaced the support slats with new lumber. It's a lot sturdier now.

We've been using this bed for several weeks now and so far it's working out well for us. Color matches our nightstands perfectly. We also bought the matching dresser. Cal king size is great. Just watch the legs when you walk around the bed, I've tripped a couple times already b/c they stick out a bit!

Great, stylish bed. Nice wood. I was a little concerned while putting it together, as the middle support legs looked a little short. Turns out, the middle support legs adjust in height (by loosening/tightening the plastic piece on the bottom). Once adjusted, the frame became really sturdy. LOVE IT!

The frame is beautiful and heavy, but the support beams (4 slats) are NOT enough for a california king sized bed. I had to make my own support system, and even then the 2 pillars that are supposed to hold up the middle of the bed slide out from underneath the bed.

The bed is just what I expected for the price. The only downside is that the legs are curved out (therefore, you stub your toe every time you walk by it). Just a little warning... Also, some of the other reviews said that it would be too tall with a boxspring - I totally disagree. Both a mattress and a boxspring are fine with this bed. Oh, also, the middle support leg is way too short to actually support anything...bad design of that piece. Overall I'm happy with the bed. It looks great and didn't break the bank!
