I was looking for a small side table to put next to my built-in heating/air conditioning unit to use as a small snack or drinks server when certain items don't fit on my dining table. Sometimes I needed to sit a table fan on it when not being used for serving food. I am a little disappointed this item looks more like a plant stand rather than a complementary additional needed piece of furniture - but since this was the nearest match I could find online by size I am happy I found it.. In fact the claustrophobic compact and cubicle size apartments that are burgeoning in downtown Jersey City I am surprised that more scaled down multi-function furniture is not being sold. I know I could design a few pieces myself but have no way of knowing how to get started with a manufacturer and the wholed intellectual property thing is too expensive to fathom.. so may be your company can look at real room dimensions in the dinky apartments in this area and come up with stuff since I don't have the know-how and wish I did, to do it.. Even dinky outdoor weather bearing furniture that won't blow off in the wind is need like cutesy bistro table with drawers to hold stuff or tiny 2 seater sofas with heavy quick dry cushions that can be left outdoors over the winter months etc.
