• Constructed of fine select hardwoods, veneers, wood products and simulated wood

• Loft Bed contains, ladder, guard rails, cork back panel, slat packs and hanging pegs - ladder can be used on either side of the bed
• Loft bed will accommodate max of 11" of mattress and foundation - safety requirements advise that there should be a minimum of 5” of space from the top of the mattress to the top of the guard rail
• Weight limit: 150 - 200 lbs
• Dresser, Chest and Desk drawers come with built-in stops with metal guides
• Bed has one rail height; is not compatible with Under Bed Storage Unit
• Set comes standard with: Loft Bed, Desk, Dresser and Hutch
