The Kaitlyn Twin size bed comes with a link spring, and does not require a box spring. An optional pop-up trundle unit is perfect for when an additional bed is needed. The pop-up trundle unit includes a link spring and pop-up frame, allowing the bed to raised to the level of the bed.

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

I was leary to purchase a bed off the internet, sight unseen, [...]After thoughtful consideration I decided to take the plunge because it was the only bed that went perfectly in my little girls room. I added a little note on the order asking for the bed to be packaged in a box and I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it came packaged, even down to the wrap around each decorative ornament on the bed. It came in PERFECT condition and is everything I had hoped it would be. Very sweet and well made! The price is great, no tax or shipping and comes w/the trundle option which we needed! Great buy!!!

This is a great bed for my little girl.\nThe price was a great deal, as other retailers offer it\nfor a lot more with the trundle or do not sell the trundle option at all. \nThe only problem I had was with how it was delivered. The bed frame didn't come in a package box. So upon delivery, there were several big scratches and one of the links on the frame was unhooked. I wasn't about to send it back, but\nif there were more effort to minimize this kind of thing, that would have been nice.
