Wall Plaques received promptly. Valances were backordered, then I got a notice the backorder time would be even longer. I was almost ready to cancel order and order from somewhere that had them in stock, but I received a notice that they were shipping. Other than the backorder delay, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the products. They were well packed to prevent damage in shipping.
