Butler:

Since 1930,
Butler Specialty Company has furnished America's homes with fine lines of
occasional and accent furniture. Founded by two men during one of the bleakest eras in our nation's history, the Great Depression, Butler not only survived but thrived because of its commitment to producing
quality furniture and staying in touch with
home fashion trends.
That commitment lives on today. A family-owned company, Butler is operated by second and third generations. The Chicago-based corporation scours the globe to find the
most efficient sources of production and
finest materials for its world-class designs. When it began importing in the late 1970s, Butler became a leader in pursuing a global approach to the
highest quality and value a tradition that continues into the 21st century.
Butler uses only the finest-quality woods, veneers, and hand-carved craftsmanship in its collections. The
Heritage Collection, Butler's flagship line, fuses enduring design, exquisite carving, and carefully selected solid mahogany and fossil stone into a classic line of
home accent pieces.
All Butler collections are design-driven, immaculately crafted, and sharply priced resulting in exceptional value for their consumers. Browsing through the
bombe chests, hand-painted consoles, distinctive secretaries, decorative tables, popular British-inspired game tables, and other fine occasional furniture featured in this line underscores why Butler is recognized as a leader in
occasional and accent furniture.

Truck Freight Additional Information:
This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
