In addition, the product featured adjustable firmness and premium-quality construction. From 1992-1997, AeroBed sales were concentrated on TV home shopping programs and in mail-order catalogs. The goal was to build the aero brand by educating consumers about “a whole new way to think about air.”

Since the success of its landmark product, Aero has introduced several new and equally innovative products. In 2002, Aero Products improved and adapted its inflation technology, and introduced the New & Improved AeroBed.
